Byron Fidetzis’s researches bring to light another masterpiece of the greek music history. Lionella was written during the end of Samaras’s first explosive composing period and was first presented the fall of 1891at La Scala, Milan. Until early 21st century there was no access to this peace of music except the small Hungarian Rhapsody. In 2021 Fidetzis orchestrated Lionella from scratch based on the vocal score, which seams to be the only remain discovery until then.
